Are you like me—constantly juggling tasks, commitments, and goals, only to feel like the week slipped through your fingers before you even got a grip on it? I totally get it. That’s exactly why I created this free downloadable weekly planner, and I’m beyond excited to share it with you! Whether you’re a busy parent, a student, a freelancer, or simply someone trying to bring a little more structure and intention into your days, this planner is designed to help you do just that. What makes it even more accessible is that I’m offering it in two formats: a Google Sheet for those who like to go digital, and a downloadable / printable PDF for anyone who loves the satisfaction of crossing off tasks with a pen (guilty as charged!). I’ve tested both formats myself and made sure they’re user-friendly, practical, and flexible enough to fit a variety of lifestyles.

Inside this weekly planner, you’ll find space to map out your days, track your top priorities, and even jot down your to do list or track habits—because productivity isn’t just about doing more, it’s about doing what matters most. I’ve also included a section for notes and reflections so you can look back at what worked well and what you might want to adjust next time. The Google Sheet version is especially great if you’re collaborating with a team or sharing plans with a partner or assistant, while the PDF version is perfect for those of us who still find joy in printed pages and color-coded pens (Bonus – you can import it to Goodnotes app on your iPad, too!). And the best part? It’s completely free—no subscriptions, no strings attached. I just genuinely want to help others experience the clarity and calm that comes from having a weekly plan that actually works. I hope you’ll give it a try, make it your own, and feel a little more grounded each time you sit down to plan your week. Enjoy!
